The Napoleon 10" Drop-In Range Burner adds a single 2.9kW burner to an outdoor kitchen, sized to boil a large pot of water or cook a side dish while the main grill is in use.
The 23 x 27cm cooking area, 612 sq cm in total, takes a saucepan or frying pan, so a peppercorn sauce can simmer or new potatoes boil while the meat rests. Napoleon's stainless steel WAVE cooking grids hold the pan steady over the flame, and the 10-inch burner is sized for a large pot of water as well as smaller pans.
The burner lights straight away with a jet of flame from the battery-free JETFIRE ignition, and its large control knob glows blue and turns red when the burner is in use. The burner sits apart from the grill, so it can be used while the grill cooks with the lid down. Seamless trim gives a neat finish in the worktop, and the burner is made from the same premium stainless steel as the 700 Series built-in grills. Without a 700 Series grill in the same kitchen, Napoleon's power supply kit is needed to light the control knob.
