Thank you for shopping with us! We aim to make our delivery process as transparent and straightforward as possible.

1. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer reliable delivery across our entire range, with most orders arriving within 1–3 working days.

  • Orders Over £100: FREE Delivery on all items.

  • Orders Under £100:

    • Items up to 30kg: £4.95

    • Items over 30kg: £9.95

2. Courier Deliveries (Under 30kg)

Standard parcels are primarily shipped via DPD, though we may use other reputable couriers from time to time.

  • Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details via the email or phone number provided at checkout.

  • Speed: Expect your parcel within 1–3 working days.

3. Pallet Deliveries (Over 30kg)

Larger or heavier items are shipped via Palletline (or a similar pallet network). To ensure a smooth delivery, please note the following:

  • Scheduling: We will only dispatch your pallet after we have contacted you to agree on a specific delivery date.

  • Delivery Scope: Drivers are restricted to kerbside delivery. They are unable to carry items up or down steps, across gravel driveways, or up/down steep inclines.

  • Handling: Because these items are heavy, we recommend checking the product weight and arranging for help to move the items from the kerbside to your desired location.

4. Dispatch Information

We strive to process and dispatch all orders promptly. You will be kept informed at every stage of the journey, from our warehouse to your front door. If you have any specific delivery requirements, please contact our support team before placing your order.
