With the Gozney Arc XL Tabletop Bundle, 16-inch pizzas bake in 60 seconds or less at up to 500°C, with the Arc XL gas oven raised on its Booster base above the table or worktop.
The Arc XL runs on bottled gas (LPG) and comes up to temperature within minutes. Its 43 x 52cm stone floor takes a full 16-inch pizza, and the 427mm-wide mouth leaves room to launch and turn it. The base crisps on hot stone while the crust blisters in the rolling flame above.
Two layers of dense insulation and a 20mm cordierite stone hold the heat from the first pizza of the evening to the last. The digital thermometer highlights the pizza-making zones, so it's clear when the oven is ready, and the flame turns up or down as the cook needs. The 26.5kg steel body is finished in a ceramic paint coating.
The Booster is a powder-coated steel base that lifts the oven above the table or worktop it sits on, for a clearer view of the flame as the pizza cooks. A lower shelf keeps peels and tools off the work surface and within reach. The oven is supplied with a digital thermometer, gas hose and regulator, burner guard, flue outlet, stone adjustment tool and Torx screwdriver.
