Tubby Tom's Mother Clucker is one of their original spice blends — a sweet mix with hints of allspice and cayenne that's become a crew favourite. Perfect for wings, chicken strips, or a whole bird. Drizzle with oil, dust generously, then roast, air fry, or BBQ. For a showstopper, rub a whole chicken inside and out, add garlic butter under the skin, and smoke or offset BBQ. Spritz with apple juice, cola, or cherryade as it cooks to build a beautiful crust. Simple, versatile, and seriously good.
