The Gozney Tread Trail Bundle carries 500°C stone-baked pizza to wherever you cook, with the portable Tread, its folding Venture Stand and a padded Venture Bag. The oven reaches full heat in around 15 minutes.
The Tread runs on bottled gas (LPG) and carries by its roof rack handles. Its 31 x 38cm stone floor bakes pizzas up to 12 inches, and the same high heat sears steak, fish and vegetables, so a meal away from home doesn't stop at pizza.
A burner at the side sends the flame rolling across the chamber, cooking the top of the pizza while the removable 12mm cordierite stone crisps the base. A single layer of insulation lets the oven heat quickly and cool in as little as 20 minutes, so it can be packed away soon after the last pizza.
The Venture Stand sets up on uneven ground, with telescopic legs that each adjust separately, a built-in spirit level, two working heights and a mount that turns the oven out of the wind. The Venture Bag, in high-density nylon with padded, reinforced panels and webbing handles, carries the oven, with an internal pocket for pizza tools, an external zipped pocket and lash straps for the folded stand. The oven is supplied with a 1.2m gas hose and regulator, a burner guard, a stone adjustment tool and a Torx wrench.
