Natural Palmyra palm-fibre bristles are tough enough to shift baked-on food from cold grates and heat-resistant enough to clean hot grates before a cook, with no loose wire bristles to worry about. A plastic scraper deals with stubborn bits on cold grates. It's not for use over an open flame.
