The Napoleon Rogue 425 offers premium features at a moderate price: three burners for grilling, roasting and searing, reversible cast iron grates and folding side shelves for balconies and smaller patios.
The 60 x 46cm grill, 3,684 sq cm in total, takes around 26 burgers. Three burners deliver 14.25kW with precise control, from a low heat for roasting a chicken with the lid down to a high heat for searing steaks. The porcelain-coated cast iron grates heat evenly and turn over: one side gives bold sear marks, the other has grooves that hold in the juices. Their WAVE shape also keeps smaller food from falling through.
Each burner lights with a jet of flame from the battery-free JETFIRE ignition. Dual-level stainless steel sear plates catch drippings, protect the burner tubes and help keep flare-ups down, which also makes cleaning simpler. The lid and doors are black porcelain enamel, and the control panel and side shelves are black powder-coat, all resisting the weather and fingerprints. The side shelves fold down when space is tight, and the cart moves on castors that lock in place. It runs on bottled gas (LPG).
