The Napoleon Rogue PRO 425 SIB is a stainless steel gas BBQ with three main burners and an infrared side burner, giving room to grill, sear, smoke or roast, with sauces and sides on the go alongside.
The 60 x 46cm grill, 4,574 sq cm in total, takes around 26 burgers. Three burners deliver precise heat, low for roasting or high for searing, and the infrared side burner adds intense heat for steaks or a pan for a sauce. The 7.5mm stainless steel WAVE grids heat evenly, keep small food from falling through and leave bold sear marks, with very little upkeep. A pork joint or a whole chicken can roast over indirect heat with the lid down, and then steaks go on over all three burners for a hot finish.
The burners light instantly with battery-free ignition, and the white LED backlit knobs make cooking after dark simple to manage. The stainless steel body resists rust, a stainless steel warming rack adds extra space, and a bottle opener is built in for the cook. The side shelf folds down to save space when the grill is put away. With 16.4kW across all its burners, it runs on bottled gas (LPG).
