The Napoleon Professional 605 Charcoal Cart brings the size and features of a cart gas grill to charcoal, with an adjustable charcoal bed and a rear charcoal rotisserie burner for spit-roasting over coals.
Its 84.5 x 46cm main grill and 5,484 sq cm of cooking space take a crowd's worth of food over real charcoal, with room for up to 37 burgers at once. Lower the charcoal bed for roasting, or raise it close to the grids for a high-heat sear, and use the two charcoal dividers to set up hotter and cooler zones. Napoleon's porcelain-coated cast iron WAVE grids give even heat, stop food falling through and leave distinctive sear marks, and the rear charcoal burner turns a joint on the spit with the flavour of the coals.
A front-loading door lets more charcoal in during a cook, and sliding air vents fine-tune the heat, letting it climb for searing or settle for a slower roast, with the ACCU-PROBE gauge showing the temperature under the lid. The slide-out ash and drip pan keeps clearing up simple, and the cabinet below stores charcoal, smoking wood, tools and accessories. The body is stainless steel throughout.
