A featherlight aluminium launching peel for the biggest pizzas.

Every part of the Pro Placement Peel is tuned for control, from the weight to the grip. The round, hex-perforated blade lets excess flour fall away so it doesn't burn on your base, and its shape doubles as a guide for stretching a perfectly round 16" pizza. The profiled aluminium handle is angled for grip and curved underneath so it slides smoothly through your hands.
