The Napoleon Oasis Compact is a complete matt black outdoor kitchen: a BIG32 Phantom 700 Series grill head, an infrared side burner for searing, a worktop and soft-close storage, in a wing-shaped island.
The BIG32 Phantom gives a 75 x 46cm main grill, and with the side burner there are 5,675 sq cm of cooking space in all, on bottled gas (LPG). It sears, roasts, bakes, smokes and spit-roasts: 9.5mm stainless steel WAVE grids spread the heat evenly and leave Napoleon's signature sear marks, the infrared rear burner turns a joint slowly on the included rotisserie, and the 25.5cm infrared side burner gives steaks a fast, hard sear while the main grill cooks lower.
Each burner lights with a jet of flame from the battery-free JETFIRE ignition. Dual-level stainless steel sear plates protect the burners and vaporise drippings, the ACCU-PROBE gauge shows the heat under the lid, and the control knobs glow blue and turn red when a burner is lit. The Oasis cabinets are matt black powder-coated galvanneal steel, made to stand up to the weather, with soft-close doors and drawers that shut quietly and smoothly. Self-levelling feet keep the island level on an uneven patio, and pre-cut knockouts take the gas, electrical and water lines.
The kit comes with the grill head, side burner, cabinets, worktop, rotisserie and covers.
