The Napoleon Freestyle 24 is a gas plancha with a 3.5mm pre-seasoned steel cooktop that heats quickly and evenly, ready for smash burgers, breakfast fry-ups, fish and stir-fries.
The 59.7 x 43.2cm cooktop has room for around 26 burgers. Its seasoning gives a natural non-stick surface that stands up to metal spatulas and scrapers, so food can be pressed, flipped and scraped straight off. Three burners deliver up to 7.65kW, high for a crisp, caramelised sear on burgers and steak, low for eggs, pancakes or delicate fish.
The burners light instantly with electronic ignition. The cooktop sits on a reinforced base that resists warping when the temperature changes quickly, and the grease tray is reached from the front of the cart. A dual-pivot lid protects the cooktop between cooks and stays open while cooking. The folding side shelves have tool hooks and save space on a balcony or small patio, two sturdy wheels move the plancha around, and a bottle opener is built in. The body is finished in gloss black for weather protection, and it runs on bottled gas (LPG).
