The Napoleon BIG32RBPMK-1 is the 700 Series 32 in a Phantom matt black finish: four stainless steel burners, an infrared rear rotisserie burner and 75 x 46cm of grilling space, with a commercial-grade rotisserie kit included.
It sears, smokes, roasts, bakes and spit-roasts across 5,071 sq cm of cooking space, running on bottled gas (LPG). Thick 9.5mm stainless steel WAVE grids spread the heat evenly, keep smaller food from slipping through and leave Napoleon's signature sear marks, while the infrared rear burner turns a joint slowly on the spit for evenly browned, juicy rotisserie meals.
Each burner lights straight away with a jet of flame from the battery-free JETFIRE ignition. Dual-level stainless steel sear plates protect the burners and vaporise drippings, and perforated, angled grease plates collect the rest, cutting down build-up and the risk of grease fires. The ACCU-PROBE gauge shows the temperature under the lid, the control knobs glow blue and turn red when a burner is lit, and interior halogen lights brighten the grill after dark. The head is built in premium stainless steel with a matt black finish and fits with integrated trim, an extra-long gas line and longer electrical wiring, with 5cm of tolerance on the cut-out.
The BIG32 is supplied with a commercial-grade rotisserie kit, which stores in the integrated compartment under the barbecue.
