Tubby Tom's Pablo Diablo is an award-winning green hot sauce made with juicy limes, fresh coriander and jalapeños. It's mild on heat and big on flavour, with a fresh citrus tang.
Developed in 2017 and refined through plenty of taste testing, it takes tacos, burritos and fajitas up a level. Mix it into mayo for a dip, use it as a marinade for white fish and chicken, or keep it on the table as an everyday condiment.
