The Gozney Tread Peak Bundle is a self-contained portable pizza kitchen: the 500°C Tread with its stand, bag, roof rack, mantel and two peels. The oven reaches full heat in around 15 minutes.
The Tread runs on bottled gas (LPG) and bakes pizzas up to 12 inches on a 31 x 38cm stone floor. As well as pizza, it sears steak, fish and vegetables at high heat, so a meal away from home doesn't stop at pizza.
A burner at the side sends the flame rolling across the chamber, cooking the top of the pizza while the removable 12mm cordierite stone crisps the base. A single layer of insulation lets the oven heat quickly and cool in as little as 20 minutes, so it can be packed away soon after the last pizza.
The Venture Stand levels out on uneven ground, and the padded Venture Bag carries the oven and roof rack with the stand strapped outside. The Roof Rack clips on as an aluminium prep surface with a removable wood-fibre board for slicing; with the board out, it takes hot cast iron pans straight from the oven. The Mantel adds a shelf at the oven mouth, and two Venture peels handle launching and turning.
