A round, perforated stainless steel turning peel on a long beech handle, balanced towards your hand so it's easy to rotate pizzas mid-bake. The teardrop blade is pressed and welded for a smooth, snag-free slide under the crust, and the perforations shed loose flour so it doesn't burn.
