Crisp pizza bases with real wood-fired flavour.
This 37cm cordierite stone soaks up the heat and spreads it evenly, for crisp bases on pizzas, flatbreads and bakes. It fits most Traeger pellet grills and sits best on ModiFIRE grates. Clean it with a little water only, let it dry fully, and avoid sudden temperature changes such as a frozen pizza on a hot stone.
