This square cast iron skillet works on the induction hob of the Timberline and Timberline XL, and just as well on the grill, a gas or electric hob, or an open fire. High sides hold in splatter for shallow frying, braising and baking cornbread or cobbler, and two pour spouts let you drain fat or pour sauces cleanly.
