The Napoleon Rogue PRO-S 525 is a four-burner stainless steel gas BBQ with an infrared rear burner for spit-roasting and a large infrared SIZZLE ZONE side burner for a hard, steakhouse sear.
Four main burners cook across a 73 x 46cm grill, 5,450 sq cm in total, with room for around 32 burgers. The heat is precise, from a low, steady roast to a high sear, and the stainless steel WAVE grids spread it evenly, need little upkeep and leave distinctive sear marks. On the side burner, steaks take on a deep crust in moments, or a pan of sauce simmers alongside, while the rear burner turns a chicken or a joint slowly on the spit.
Dual-level stainless steel sear plates catch drippings and vaporise them, keeping the grill cleaner. The SafetyGlow control knobs glow red when the gas is on, a stainless steel warming rack adds extra space, and the side shelf folds down to save room. The body is rust-resistant stainless steel, and the grill rolls on castors. With 26.1kW across all its burners, it runs on bottled gas (LPG).
