The Napoleon PRO18 is a 47cm charcoal kettle with cast iron grids at three heights, a chimney that steadies the airflow, and a rotisserie-ready ring for spit-roasting over charcoal.
It grills, slow roasts and smokes over 1,910 sq cm of cooking space. Set the cast iron WAVE grids low for a hard sear on steaks, or higher for gentler heat, and add a favourite wood for smoke. The grids are hinged, so more charcoal, a water pan or smoking wood can go in mid-cook. Raise the grids for a whole chicken to roast gently, or fit an optional rotisserie to the extension ring and spit-roast a joint over the coals.
The Smoke Stack Chimney shields the vent from gusts and rain while keeping the airflow precise, and Napoleon's vortex heat management improves convection for better searing and smoking, with more efficient fuel use. A stainless steel extension ring is rotisserie-ready, with doors over the spit-rod ports, and further doors let temperature probe leads in without lifting the lid. The ACCU-PROBE gauge shows the heat inside. The porcelain-coated steel body stands up to wear, the offset hinged lid opens to the whole cooking surface, and a heavy steel ash catcher lifts out for emptying.
