The Napoleon Prestige PRO 825 built-in grill puts two separate grill heads side by side, so infrared searing, indirect cooking and rotisserie roasting can all happen at the same time. A heavy-duty rotisserie kit is included.
There are 9,356 sq cm of cooking space in all, on bottled gas (LPG): a 72 x 46cm main grill and a 47 x 46cm second grill, with six stainless steel main burners delivering 33.3kW. The main hood has an infrared rear rotisserie burner and an integrated wood chip smoker tray, so a joint can turn on the spit or take on a layer of wood smoke. Under the second hood, infrared SIZZLE ZONE bottom burners give intense, direct heat for searing steaks.
Thick 9.5mm stainless steel WAVE grids give even heat and Napoleon's signature sear marks, and dual-level stainless steel sear plates protect the burners and vaporise drippings. Each burner lights with a jet of flame from the JETFIRE ignition, and the ACCU-PROBE gauge shows the heat under the lid. The RGB Spectrum NIGHT LIGHT knobs light up in almost any colour and turn red when a burner is lit, proximity lighting comes on as you approach, interior lights brighten the grill after dark, and the LIFT EASE roll-top lid opens without reaching past the back of the grill.
The PRO 825 head is supplied with a heavy-duty rotisserie kit.
