Portuguese inspired BBQ rub, ideal for chicken, pork, prawns and fish.

  • Ideal pairing to chicken – rub over thighs, breast, spatchcock and whole rotisserie chicken.
  • Marinade pork or chicken shawarma.
  • A must with pan fried or BBQ pork chops.
  • Mix with flour for deep fried chicken.
  • Add into piri piri style rice.
  • Dust into vegetable stir fries and air fryer dishes.
