A sweet and tangy, vinegar-based BBQ sauce with its roots in North Carolina, USA. Ideal for pouring over pulled pork and basting ribs, and great with chicken, burgers and bangers.

Not to be confused with South Carolina BBQ sauce, which is mustard-based, or the Carolina Reaper, one of the hottest chillies in the world.
