A flat-top and a sear plate in one.

This enamelled cast iron griddle locks onto the grate of any ModiFIRE grill. The flat side is for eggs, bacon, pancakes and smash burgers; flip it over and the ridged side puts proper sear marks on steaks. A cut-out lets fat run straight down into the EZ-Clean Grease & Ash Keg, and the enamel coating means it's ready to cook on out of the box, with no seasoning needed.
