This pre-seasoned cast iron griddle replaces one of your cooking grates in about a minute. You get a flat-top griddle zone next to the open grill. It's reversible, with a flat side for smash burgers, eggs and stir-fries and a ribbed side for searing. A built-in grease opening drains fat away while you cook.
