Two cooking surfaces in one half-moon of cast iron.
The ribbed side puts proper sear lines on steaks, burgers and chops. Flip it over and the flat side takes smash burgers, fish, eggs and veg that would fall through a grate. Because it's a half-moon, it works with the Divide & Conquer system, so you can sear on one side and grill on the other.
