An airtight proving tray that keeps dough balls moist and in shape while they rise. The removable silicone insert stops them spreading and sticking, so they lift out cleanly when it's time to stretch, and the clear lid lets you check progress without opening it. It's sized to fit in most home fridges for a slow cold prove.
