Smoke and Flame's Fiery Jamaican Jerk Blend is a traditional jerk seasoning that does exactly what it says, with plenty of heat.
Allspice leads, with garlic, ginger and smoked paprika adding depth and coffee giving a rich undertone. Lime brightens it, mango adds a subtle tropical note and thyme rounds it off with an earthy aroma.
Use it for grilling, smoking or roasting chicken, pork and fish.
