Turns your Dome XL into a bread oven, roaster and hot smoker.

Close the mouth of your Dome XL (Gen 2) and it holds its heat for long, steady cooks: crusty loaves, big roasts and low-and-slow smoking. Add wood chunks or herbs to the embers, fit the door and let the smoke do its work, with cut-outs that let meat probe cables through without breaking the seal. Only fit the door over hot embers, never a live flame, and never with the gas burner lit.
