The Gozney Dome (Gen 2) brings a live-fire kitchen to the garden. It runs on wood, charcoal or gas, reaches 500°C, and its 60 x 50cm stone floor takes a 16-inch pizza or two 10-inch pizzas.
Each fuel brings something different. Wood gives a rolling flame and smoky intensity, charcoal adds a slower, earthier depth, and the built-in gas burner lights with a push and turn of the dial for a quick midweek pizza. Beyond pizza, there's room for blistered vegetables, seared steaks and cast iron bakes, with space for a 25 x 35cm pan and two 20cm pans on the 3,008 sq cm floor.
Three layers of commercial-grade insulation wrap the oven and its floor, and the 30mm cordierite stone holds its heat from one bake to the next. A digital display shows both air and stone temperature, with a built-in timer, and two meat probes let you check two joints or cuts at once, so a roast is cooked to temperature rather than by guesswork. The burners and internals are 304 stainless steel inside a ceramic-coated shell, and the extended flue carries the smoke up and away, with less soot.
The Dome (Gen 2) is supplied with its digital temperature display, two meat probes, gas hose and regulator, burner guard, duct grate, stone adjustment tool, Torx tool, flue pipe, collar, top and cap, and a rechargeable battery with USB-C cable. Minimal assembly required.
