The Napoleon BIG44RBPSS is the largest of the 700 Series built-in grills, with six stainless steel burners, dual infrared rear rotisserie burners and 105 x 46cm of grilling space. A rotisserie kit and a cover are included.
Its 7,097 sq cm of cooking space on bottled gas (LPG) leaves room to cook a whole meal at once: steaks seared hot at one end, vegetables and fish cooking gently at the other, and a joint turning on the spit above. Thick 9.5mm stainless steel WAVE grids spread the heat evenly, keep smaller food from slipping through and leave Napoleon's signature sear marks.
The dual infrared rear burners give the rotisserie an even spread of radiant heat. Each main burner lights straight away with a jet of flame from the battery-free JETFIRE ignition. Dual-level stainless steel sear plates protect the burners and vaporise drippings, and perforated, angled grease plates collect the rest, cutting down build-up and the risk of grease fires. The control knobs glow blue and turn red when a burner is lit, and the premium stainless steel head fits with integrated trim, an extra-long gas line and longer electrical wiring.
The BIG44 is supplied with a commercial-grade rotisserie kit, and this bundle adds a Napoleon BIG44 Built In Cover to protect the head between cooks.
