The Big JoeTisserie turns your Big Joe into a charcoal rotisserie big enough for a whole turkey, a rib of beef or two chickens side by side. The wedge-shaped ring seals the dome so the heat and smoke stay in, and the slow, steady turn bastes the meat in its own juices for an even, crisp finish.
