An aluminium launching peel with a classic beech handle, balanced towards your hand.

The Balance Placement Peel moves the weight closer to your hand for a steadier, more controlled launch. Its flat nose stops the blade rocking side to side so your pizza keeps its shape going in, and the perforations let excess flour drop away so it doesn't burn on the base.
