The mantel fits onto the front of the Arc XL and extends the cooking floor, giving you a safe spot to turn pans, check your food, baste or keep sides warm without rushing. The stainless steel shelf wipes clean in seconds, and the powder-coated die-cast aluminium arms are built to take the heat.
