The Gozney Arc Lite Essentials Bundle brings 500°C, stone-baked pizza up to 12 inches to a compact 12kg oven, with two peels for launching, turning and serving, and a cover to protect it.
The Arc Lite runs on bottled gas (LPG), with the gas hose and regulator already fixed to the oven. The 33 x 36cm stone floor takes a full 12-inch pizza, and while the hot stone crisps the base, the flame colours and blisters the crust above it. It sits on a heatproof table or worktop.
The burner sits at the side of the chamber, sending its flame rolling across the oven, and a front dial takes it from a gentle flame to full heat. A fully insulated body keeps that heat in the chamber, inside a powder-coated shell of stainless steel and die-cast aluminium. Above 350°C the interior burns itself clean.
The acacia wood peel carries the pizza in and doubles as a serving board at the table, while the turning peel rotates it in the flame for an even bake. The cover is made for the oven. The Arc Lite is supplied with a gas hose and regulator, a stone adjustment tool and a Torx tool.
