The Gozney Arc Lite Basic Bundle brings 500°C, stone-baked pizza up to 12 inches to a compact 12kg oven with a lateral rolling flame, and adds a cover made for it.

The Arc Lite runs on bottled gas (LPG), with the gas hose and regulator already fixed to the oven. The 33 x 36cm stone floor takes a full 12-inch pizza, and while the hot stone crisps the base, the flame colours and blisters the crust above it. It sits on a heatproof table or worktop.

The burner sits at the side of the chamber, sending its flame rolling across the oven, and a front dial takes it from a gentle flame to full heat for each bake. A fully insulated body keeps that heat in the chamber, inside a powder-coated shell of stainless steel and die-cast aluminium. The 12mm stone lifts out with the adjustment tool, and above 350°C the interior burns itself clean.

The bundle adds the Arc Lite Cover, made for the oven to protect it between cooks. The oven is supplied with a gas hose and regulator, a stone adjustment tool and a Torx tool.
