Inspired by two legendary American barbecue traditions, The Memphis brings together the bold tang of a Carolina Mustard BBQ Sauce with the rich, peppery character of a classic Tennessee Red BBQ Sauce. The result is a perfectly balanced barbecue and every day condiment sauce that delivers sweet, tangy tomato, smokey and savoury flavours in every bottle.
Built on a smooth mustard base with a generous splash of vinegar, The Memphis cuts through rich meats while adding layers of flavour rather than overpowering them. The sharpness of traditional Carolina mustard is mellowed by the deep, bold notes of a Tennessee-style red sauce, creating a versatile BBQ and every day sauce that works just as well on the grill as it does at the table.
Whether you're glazing slow-smoked ribs, brushing it over pulled pork, coating grilled chicken, or serving it alongside sausages, burgers and fries, The Memphis delivers authentic Southern barbecue flavour with the unmistakable Waz's Sauce Hut twist. Use it as a glaze, dipping sauce, condiment, or marinade to bring out the best in everything from pork belly to roasted vegetables.
