The Napoleon Prestige PRO 825 is a twin-hood gas BBQ with six main burners, infrared searing, a smoker tray, a power side burner and a rear rotisserie burner. A rotisserie, cover and cook book are included.
There are 9,356 sq cm of cooking space in all, across a 72 x 46cm main grill and a 47 x 46cm second grill, with room for around 51 burgers. The main hood has room for a crowd and a smoker tube with its own burner for a layer of wood smoke, while the infrared rear burner turns a joint slowly on the spit. Under the second hood, two ceramic infrared burners give intense heat for searing steaks, and the two-stage power side burner handles a pot of stock or a pan of sauce on its reversible grid.
Napoleon's WAVE grids leave distinctive sear marks, and dual-level stainless steel sear plates protect the burners. The RGB Spectrum NIGHT LIGHT knobs light up in almost any colour and glow red when the gas is on, interior lights brighten the grill after dark, proximity lighting comes on as you approach, and the LIFT EASE roll-top lid opens without reaching far behind the grill. The stainless steel body has chrome accents, and it runs on bottled gas (LPG), with 38.6kW across all its burners.
