The Napoleon 18" Power Burner adds a 12kW two-stage burner to a 700 Series outdoor kitchen, with the power for a seafood boil and the gentleness for a fresh sauce.
The high and low settings cover everything from a big pot of seafood or a stock to a delicate sauce or side dish while the main grill is busy. The two-piece stainless steel rod grids take large pots, and the removable centre ring holds a wok, so a quick stir-fry can happen right next to the grill. The cooking area measures 44 x 45cm, 2,000 sq cm in total.
The burner lights straight away with a jet of flame from the battery-free JETFIRE ignition. Its control knob has SafetyGlow, changing from cool blue to red when the burner is on, so it's never left on by accident, and a flush stainless steel cover protects the burner when it isn't in use. It's built in the same premium stainless steel as the 700 Series grills, to sit alongside them in a custom outdoor kitchen. Without a 700 Series grill in the same kitchen, Napoleon's power supply kit is needed to light the control knob.
The Power Burner is supplied as a drop-in unit with its stainless steel cover.
