The 33 x 36cm stone floor takes a full 12-inch pizza, and while the hot stone crisps the base, the flame colours and blisters the crust above it. It sits on a heatproof table or worktop.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe burner sits at the side of the chamber, sending its flame rolling across the oven, and a front dial takes it from a gentle flame to full heat. A fully insulated body keeps that heat in the chamber, inside a powder-coated shell of stainless steel and die-cast aluminium. Above 350°C the interior burns itself clean.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe acacia wood peel carries the pizza in and doubles as a serving board at the table, while the turning peel rotates it in the flame for an even bake. The cover is made for the oven.
